Licensed Architect

Architectural Design Department

The Licensed architect needed to manage the architectural design department of a consulting firm serving industrial and institutional repeat clients in the southern U.S.  The candidate must have industrial, institutional, and/or commercial design experience and will supervise 3 to 4 technicians.  Working with the client, colleagues, and a team of consultants, the successful candidate will manage projects from the conceptual phase through commissioning.

Project Manager

Engineering Department

The Project Manager will be tasked with assisting engineers with budgeting, bid document preparation and review, bid tabulations, and management of pre-construction documents. The Project Manager will prepare agendas for and administer construction meetings, including pre-bid and pre-construction conferences, and progress meetings.
